Announcing the Arts Partnership Database!

Does your organization offer arts programs that take place in schools?  Are you looking for ways to spread the word about your in school arts offerings?  Join the new Arts Partnership Database, a public online database containing profiles of organizations and teaching artists who offer arts programs to schools during the school day.  School leaders and staff will use this resource to help find arts partners and arts opportunities to bring to their school buildings.

To create your Arts Partner profile, visit and download the User Guide by clicking on the link on the left-hand side of the page.  The User Guide gives you instructions on how to create your Arts Profile, where you can detail the types of in-school arts programs (long or short term artist residencies, in school performances, field trips, professional development for teachers) you provide by grade level and arts discipline, provide organization contact info, and list previous history of working with schools.  By entering your information into this new resource, we hope to make the arts accessible to as many Boston students as possible by facilitating in-school partnerships between schools and arts providers.  We also hope that arts providers will learn more about each other through the information in the database.

This database is part of the Boston Public Schools (BPS) Arts Expansion Initiative, a multi-year Initiative to increase access, equity and quality of arts learning for all students.
