YMCA – Tierney Summer Learning Academy

Program Details

At all of our YMCA sites, we value the collaboration of a summer learning environment. As such, we start training and planning early in the winter. Additionally, we work hard to be intentional about hiring for our sites making sure that our teams represent our students culturally and linguistically. Finally, we hire the best possible candidates with ample experience and set up a mentor program for our new site directors.
