At taylor made mentoring mentees will become familiar with my “Farming System” E.I.E.I.O in other words Entertain, Illustrate, Educate, Inspire, Outcomes in real time. We are a solution based program that highlights the problems and we create the solution. Mentees will have a chance to act out conflict solution skits and define who they are as an individual in a world that defines them. They will have a chance to travel to Ferguson Missouri to witness the place where the “Black lives matter” movement was spearheaded, where they will meet Michael Brown and other frontline responders.
